Top 5 Theme Park Apps on iOS in Germany: Q1 2025 Performance

In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of top theme park apps on the iOS platform in Germany showed varied trends in downloads and active users. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps had notable shifts throughout the quarter.

Disneyland® Paris maintained a steady increase in weekly downloads, starting from about 2.2K at the beginning of January and peaking at approximately 2.6K by the end of March. The app also experienced fluctuations in weekly active users, beginning at around 8.3K and rising to 10.3K in early January, before tapering to 7K by the end of the quarter.

Karls saw a significant rise in weekly downloads from 876 at the start of the quarter to 2.9K by the end of March. The app's increasing popularity is evident from the consistent upward trend in downloads.

Phantasialand experienced a dramatic drop in downloads from 4.8K at the start of the quarter to a low of 46 in late February. However, there was a recovery towards the end of March, with downloads climbing back to 1.7K. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 11.3K, dipping to 971, and then rising again to 3.7K by the end of the quarter.

Europa-Park & Rulantica had a slow start with downloads, but saw a significant increase in March, peaking at 3.6K. The app's active users also saw a resurgence, beginning at 24.6K, dropping to 6K mid-quarter, and then climbing back to 14.4K by the end of March.

Universal Studios Japan experienced a gradual increase in downloads from 199 at the start of January to 765 by the end of March. Active users also showed a positive trend, growing from 1.3K to 2.5K over the quarter.
